The Schneider pastry filler is suitable for filling croissants and doughnuts. Homogeneous masses such as jams, creams and puddings are pumped up by simply pressing the lever over the filling piston. This gives you excellent control over filling your sweet and savoury goods.
The dosing quantity can be adjusted between 0 and 15 grams – helping to minimise waste and maximise consistency. After use, each component is easy to clean to allow you to maintain excellent hygiene. The stainless steel bowl has a capacity of three litres and can be covered with two lids to prevent contamination. This makes it ideal for filling pastries in bulk.
