Supple non-stick mini-madeleine moulds, ideal in pastry shops and restaurants. Made from 100% food quality silicone these flexible moulds are an excellent substitute for multi-shaped metal trays allowing patisseries to be simply pushed out. Dishwasher safe, suitable for oven to freezer use (-40ºC to +280ºC) and HACCP approved. At 1/3 size gastronorm they will fit onto the stainless steel grid below.
