The natural gas Imperial ITG-36 countertop griddle is equipped with 3 griddle burners with individual, adjustable gas valves and continuous pilots for instant ignition. Aeration baffles between the burners, along with the full width rear flue, evenly distribute heat across the entire griddle plate for exceptional cooking results.
The 1″ thick, highly polished steel griddle plate holds temperature, eliminating hot & cold spots on the cooking surface, and is ideal for cooking a large range of menu items.
