The Hoshizaki Advance SBU-20-GTU blast chiller delivers rapid, HACCP-compliant chilling and freezing for busy commercial kitchens. With a 20kg chill and 12kg freeze capacity, plus space for up to five 1/1GN or 600×400 mm trays, the unit safeguards food quality whilst maximising production flow.
