Designed to fit the CK079 Buffalo Smart Touchscreen Combi Oven, the condenser works to effectively capture steam, fumes and vapour escaping from the combi oven chimney. Once captured, the condenser converts the exhaust into water and drains away – so there’s no fumes and no steam from the chimney.

An economical alternative to a full oven hood, this condenser is designed to capture chimney exhaust only – not steam escaping when the oven door is opened. As such, a full hood (AP123) would be recommended for ovens used for mainly steam cooking.
