Display, illuminate, heat and protect pre-cooked food with CED’s elliptically shaped Designline assisted service heated deli drop in display. This 4/1 Gn size hot display features a stainless steel heated 4/1 Gn well area, inclined for improved customer vision. An adjustable temperature heated midshelf at eye level offers further hot merchandising space. The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop . The assisted service superstructure is made from bright polished steel and alluminum curved profiles, with curved & toughened full height front and side glass. The front glass tilts forward on a locking hinge, for effortless cleaning access. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry & midshelf Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & ‘locked’ from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switches, mounted at eye level on operator side of the display. The display has 24 hour operation & is factory set to hold food core at 85 deg. C. Modular heater mat elements under the heated well area give even heat spread & the steel presentation surface makes for easier cleaning of pastry products etc. The display comes complete with lifting kit for installation and is supplied with a concealed control box & 2M flexible electrical conduit for hard wiring to a 3.8KW/20a/230v electrical supply.
