Cambro High Heat 1/2 Gastronorm Food Tray 150mm

This high heat 1/2 gastronorm tray from Cambro is 150mm deep and adjusts to temperature changes easily with a range of -40°C to 190°C. This allows the tray go straight from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other trays. The tray is also ideal for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal trays it is microwave safe.
