GN 1/1 with a diamond pattern for a perfectly done steak with a unique looks. Made of a casted aluminium alloy, the tray heats up faster and retains heat for longer. It does not cool down in contact with cold meat – the pores immediately close and the meat remains juicy and tender, at the same time perfectly fried. Covered with Lotan® coating, which allows frying without the use of fat, prevents food from sticking to the surface of the tray and makes it easier to clean. Can be used in oven, but also on the stove.
