Operation is effortless. A 7″ colour touchscreen with IFR control offers pre-set favourites plus programmable cycles for bespoke menus – dedicated thawing, proving and retarder-prove modes add genuine versatility. The intuitive interface cuts training time and ensures consistent, repeatable results across every shift.
Built in durable stainless steel, the Hoshizaki Premier KPS-72-SG stands up to intensive daily use and cleans down quickly at close. Climate Class 5 refrigeration maintains peak performance in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, and height-adjustable legs (105-150mm) make alignment with existing cooklines simple.
