The Hoshizaki Premier KPS-120-SG blast chiller delivers outstanding rapid-cooling performance for high-output commercial kitchens. Accommodating ten double size (2/1GN) trays – or up to twenty 600x400mm bakery sheets – the unit can chill 120kg or freeze 60kg in a single cycle, preserving flavour, texture and nutritional value whilst keeping production schedules on time.
A 7″ colour touchscreen partnered with the IFR control system provides intuitive operation. You can choose from favourite pre-sets, build bespoke programmes or rely on the single-point probe for pinpoint core-temperature monitoring. Full HACCP logging with an audible alarm strengthens food-safety compliance, whilst additional thawing, proving and retarder-prove modes add valuable versatility.
