The Winterhalter delivers a rinse temperature of 70°C that won’t be reached when handwashing. This guarantees effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses.

If installed in medium or hard water areas, a water softener is required. Professional installation is also available.
