Liquid detergent with decor protection
AREA OF APPLICATION:
• For use in commercial warewashers.
• Suitable for dishes made of glass, including decorated, and plastic.
• Removes lipstick and other greasy residues.
For perfect wash results, we recommend using the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
DOSAGE:
With automatic dosing equipment, depending on the degree
of soiling and the water quality. In the UC V02 and PT V02,
the basic setting can be easily adjusted via the chemical database
for coordinated dosing. This detergent belongs to the detergent
group DT01.
To get a perfect wash result, the detergent dosing should be set by
the Winterhalter customer service.
