Perfect cleaning results cannot be achieved with detergents alone, Winterhalter rinse aids are indispensable here. They neutralise detergent residues and rinse off broken-down food residue.
Winterhalter B170XD is a highly concentrated, neutral rinse aid specifically designed to speed up the drying of plastic. In addition to delivering first-class wash results for reusable plastic cups and dishes, it ensures optimal drying. This results in clean cups that can be hygienically stacked inside each other after washing.
For best results, it’s recommended to use B170XD rinse aid with the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
