The Vesuvio is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel with aluminium coated metal internal chamber walls. With two thermostats, one for the baking deck and the other for the chamber, air vet with shutter, interior lighting, and a door with a glass window, the Vesuvio is an ideal choice.
