The Sirman Vesuvio 105×105 Single Deck Pizza Oven cooks up to 9 x 13″ pizzas at a time within its stone baked deck. The Vesuvio is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel with aluminium coated metal internal chamber walls. With two thermostats, one for the baking deck and the other for the chamber, air vet with shutter, interior lighting, and a door with a glass window, the Vesuvio is an ideal choice. The oven itself measures 1395mm wide by 1280mm deep by 395mm high, with the interior chamber measuring 1050mm x 1050mm. Optional hood and stand sold separately.
