Fully mobile with lockable castors, the device is expected to be moved and modified regularly for use in areas like buffets and canteens. The bain marie heated well will hold any gastronorm dishes up to 150mm deep, and is customisable to suit your menu arrangement whether it is seasonal, cultural or simply varied.
