Mix and match your own arrangement of gastronorm dishes (sold separately) to reflect the size or varied selection of your own menu. With the ability to transport easily thanks to the addition of two locking castors, this mobile display unit would be great for self service establishments like spa catering or chinese buffets where you can expect dishes to be diverse or changing on a regular basis. Overhanging LED lighting helps merchandise any contained dishes, whilst tray slides on all sides maximises the potential customer access to the bar itself.
