One of the fastest and easiest ways to achieve crispy fried foods, the Perfect Fry PFC570/1 ventless fryer completely removes the need for overhead extraction. This not only makes it a much cleaner unit to work around, it can significantly reduce running and set-up costs.
Whether you’re cooking chips, chicken or onion rings, the PFC570/1 leaves food deliciously crispy and golden, without the need for large open tanks of cooking oil. A great choice for smaller kitchens or sites with ventilation or heat issues.
