The Pacojet 4 represents 30 years of Swiss-designed cooking technology excellence. Designed for a unique culinary experience for your guests, the Pacojet is a revolution in time-saving design and innovation.
The Pacojet 4 redefines traditional food preparations from scratch. It all starts with market-fresh ingredients – herbs, fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables. Deep-frozen foods made with fresh ingredients are micro-pureed using overpressure without thawing. This allows the ingredients to shine in their purest, most natural form. This results in dishes packed full of flavour, with ultra-fine, airy textures.
Pacojet can be used for all sorts of dishes – sorbets, ice creams, mousses, soups, concentrates and more. The new fourth generation is packed full of the latest technology. From Wi-Fi connectivity to energy-saving standby modes, the latest iteration delivers improved performance, reduced running costs and user-friendly design throughout.
