Monin Chai Tea Concentrate 700ml

Containing natural tea flavouring, the concentrate combines the aroma of warm baking spices with the taste of soft stone fruit. Add water to it to create indulgent spiced tea or lemonade, or blend it into cocktails or mocktails for a rich flavoursome quality.

Monin’s chai tea concentrate is alcohol-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, so you can offer it to a wide range of customers. It is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+10), colour: E150a, natural flavouring, acid: citric acid, emulsifier: acacia gum, natural tea flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Recommended quantities: 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
