Ensure hygienic and safe preparation with these Hells Tools 8″ green tongs from Mercer Culinary. Colour coded green for serving fruit and salad, the tongs help staff use the correct equipment for each food type to reduce the risk of cross contamination. A one-piece construction also removes hiding places for bacteria, making them easy-to-clean and incredibly sanitary. Made from specially designed, glass-reinforced nylon, the tongs can be used in extreme heats (up to 220°C), keeping you cool and comfortable at all times.
