The Little Italy Midi 50/2 pizza oven is a great choice for restaurants and pizzerias who need to cook 8″ pizzas, fast. Able to cook up to 8 pizzas at a time, the compact design of the oven ensures it doesn’t take up too much kitchen space, whilst the strong stainless steel design makes the double deck oven easy to clean.
As each compartment has a refractory stone floor, the 50/2 allows you to cook pizzas either in traditional deep-dish pizza pans or straight on the stone – perfect for crispy, thin pizzas. And thanks to independent controls for each compartment, you can also cook other dishes in the oven, such as pies and flat breads, further expanding the versatility of the Little Italy Midi Oven.
