The Lincat Invoq Bake PassThrough combi oven is a superb addition to the modern professional kitchen, combining fantastic advanced technology to deliver exceptional cooking results.
Fitting nine 400x600mm baking trays, the increased rack spacing allows the circulating airflow to create perfect uniformity across the rack. You get an even and consistent bake, from beautifully crusty breads to perfectly baked products – and from frozen to even delicately baked desserts.
The 2-door pass-through design helps to save time, improve kitchen efficiency and reduce potential contamination. It also functions as a great eyecatcher to provoke impulse purchases.
Control is designed to be highly user friendly. Smart phone connectivity, alongside the SmartBaker Automatic system allows users to achieve fantastic results with minimal training. Even cleaning is effortless, thanks to the automated CareCycle programme which delivers hygienic, spotless results every time.
For efficiency, the Lincat Invoq Bake gives you the control to minimise energy and water use, with limited effect on cooking results. Energy-saving LED lighting further reduces running costs.
