Creating and maintaining chocolate is a delicate process, so it’s vital that once you’ve made a batch, it’s cooled correctly to maintain its quality. That’s exactly what the ICB Technologies Chocold 135Ltr chocolate fridge is for. By creating a cool, humidity controlled environment, the fridge maintains the chocolate cooling process so that sugars and fats do not bloom and migrate to the surface. As such the Chocold chocolate fridge is the perfect addition to any professional chocolatier’s setup.
