Prepare ingredients safely and hygienically with this pack of commercial grip chopping boards from Hygiplas. These boards are made from a durable polyethylene construction that’s designed to meet the demands of any fast-paced kitchen – delivering long-lasting resistance to knife scratches and warping.
Each board features anti-slip feet and corner bumpers to stay securely in place on any work surface, ensuring stability as you chop. The non-toxic, non-absorbent surface is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, helping you maintain high standards of food hygiene and ensure a fast turnaround of fresh kitchenware.
For added convenience, the Hygiplas boards come with an embossed ruler (in inches and centimetres) for precision cutting – ideal for tasks that require exact measurements. Their stain-resistant design keeps them looking clean and professional, even with everyday heavy use.
Hygiplas chopping boards are colour coded (purple, brown, green, red, blue, yellow and white) to indicate use with specific food types. This colour system helps kitchen staff quickly identify the right board for each task, promoting hygiene and minimising cross-contamination risks.
Please note, this chopping board set does not include a storage rack.
