Ideal for use in hard water areas, the Hobart Ecomax ECOMAX H604SW pass-through dishwasher features a built-in water softener to reduce limescale and other contaminants which can damage commercial dishwashers over time. Washing performance isn’t compromised – the powerful three-phase operation effectively washes up to 48 500x500mm racks full every hour, ideal for medium sized sites. The washer is simple to use too, thanks to front-mounted controls and a smooth pull-down hood mechanism.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
