The HSM20 is mounted on a stand for stable operation and comes with a 20-litre stainless steel bowl, which can be easily lifted using the lever-operated mechanism. To cater to various mixing needs, the mixer also comes with a whisk, spiral dough hook and dough beater which are all dishwasher safe for hassle-free cleaning.
For ease of operation, the Hobart HSM20 countertop mixer has front-facing controls. It is also fitted with a clear splash guard to keep messes to a minimum.
