The Henkelman Aero 42XL+ is a powerful professional vacuum sealer with the functionality to help you reliably vacuum pack large quantities of food quickly. Whether it’s for sous vide or storage, the Henkelman delivers impressive performance and precise packing, so you’ll always get the seal you’re looking for. It’s easy to use too, with three adjustable programmes which allow you to get repeatable results at the touch of a button.
This version includes a H2O Liquid sensor control. This handy addition automatically stops extracting air and completes the sealing cycle when liquid products reach boiling point, preventing further cooking caused by the sealing process.
