The hob has five distinct heat zones, with the 7.5kW square central zone being the most powerful. The sides and front bring up to 3kW of cooking performance, whilst the powerful rear zone delivers up to 5kW, giving you the flexibility to cook just as you need to. This innovative induction configuration allows you to use the hob the same way you would a gas solid top, providing the flexibility, power and multipot cooking that most induction ranges can’t provide, yet still being able to achieve the benefits of induction technology.
