Any school, hospital or other similar large scale catering establishment would benefit from the power, performance and versatility offered by the Falcon F900 E9881 Electric Bratt Pan. Able to cook up to 80 litres of food per load, you can braise, boil, steam, stew, fry and more, then simply dispense using the manual tilting mechanism. Filling is also simple, thanks to the hand top-mounted water faucet. For further convenience the lid is counter-balanced, meaning it’s easier to monitor the cooking process or add ingredients without the loss of excess heat from the pan.
All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations – the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
