With four separate full size gastronorm compatible wells, the HS4 Falcon Chieftain heated servery counter is designed for the most demanding of professional catering environments such as hospitals, prisons and schools. The top wells provide dry heat and are protected from cross-contamination by the supplied separating panels, whilst the hot cupboard itself provides ample storage for either plated meals or warm plates. The heavy duty overhead gantry is robust and features grid protected quartz lamps as standard. This model also features a tray slide to assist during service.
