The 4926T Excalibur 9 tray dehydrator with timer is a powerful and dependable dehydrator, renowned for its quality and performance. Featuring a 600W motor and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 41°C to 74°C, this unit ensures precise temperature control for perfect drying results every time. Supplied with nine removable polycarbonate trays and nine flexible mesh tray inserts, the dehydrator offers a generous drying area of 380x380mm per tray. The square tray design provides a larger capacity compared to traditional round dehydrators, making it ideal for a wide variety of items, from fruit and vegetables to meat and fish. A convenient 26-hour timer allows for set-and-forget operation, offering exceptional efficiency for busy professional kitchens.
The motor is cleverly mounted on the side to prevent leaks from juicy produce reaching the motor, safeguarding against short circuits and maintaining hygiene. The easily removable and reattachable front door, combined with dishwasher-safe trays, simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Whether preparing healthy snacks, preserving ingredients, or creating speciality items like beef jerky, the Excalibur dehydrator provides a versatile and reliable solution.
