A stylish Dualit toaster in a black finish, designed for use in a commercial kitchen. Three extra wide 28mm slots allow bread to be toasted in a variety of thicknesses, from sliced loaf to buns, teacakes and bagels. The slots are also wide enough to accommodate a Dualit sandwich cage (available separately) for making hot toasted sandwiches. The toaster is highly versatile thanks to several innovative features: a high lift mechanism for removing small items safely, a mechanical timer to control toasting, a selector switch to use only the slots required and a manually operated ejector lever to keep items warm until needed.
