A stainless steel, dual-chamber, unstirred digital sous vide water bath from Clifton, which allows two different temperatures to be used at the same time. Temperature and time can be set quickly with the wipe clean, push-button control panel. Low liquid and run dry warnings are displayed on a bright LED panel. The integrated timer can be set for up to 99 hours and has an audio and visual alert. Drain taps are included for each chamber, making the unit easy to clean. Current time and temperature settings are retained in the memory even after the water bath is turned off.
