The Buffalo wall-mounted knife steriliser gives your knives the deep-clean treatment, all without the use of harsh chemicals or laborious hand scrubbing.
Using UV lighting to sterilise knives, the Buffalo steriliser reduces the risk of cross contamination and kills harmful bacteria, leaving the knives ready to use again. The cabinet can safely house up to 14 individual knives of various sizes, and includes a lockable design to keep your knives safe and secure during the process.
The cabinet isn’t just designed for safety though – a clever sensor automatically shuts off the lights when the door is opened. That, combined with the handy timer function, means the UV lights will only ever be switched on when they are really needed, helping to reduce overall running costs.
The door itself is made from a durable clear plastic which allows you to easily see the contents without having to open the cabinet. The durability of the door is also seen in the strong, easy-clean stainless steel casing which is resistant to rust, corrosion and everyday wear and tear.
