BRITA 2 year maintenance agreement is paid in two annual payments and covers the customer for annual filter changes & planned maintenance + any unplanned service calls including parts and BRITA engineer labour. Malicious damage is excluded. During our service calls, the taps will be cleaned, any neccessary software updates performed to ensure the dispenser remains safe, fuctional & compliant and protected under the manufacturers warranty.
