A heavy-duty, 1/1 Gastronorm range from Blue Seal, designed to operate at the heart of the commercial kitchen. The gas oven and open burner hob are both easy to clean and service, as they feature removable cast iron burners, enamelled burner spill covers and an enamelled oven and door inner, as well as a stainless steel finish. The cool-touch stainless steel door handle helps ensure safety, as does the flame failure protection on all burners. Adjustable feet allow the range to fit in any kitchen, even if the floor is uneven and 2 additional rollers allow easy movement.
