Bertha Asado Barbecue Grill Small British Racing Green

Control live-fire cooking precisely with the small Bertha Asado grill, finished in British racing green. Combining the very best of modern materials with the fundamentals of traditional Argentinian cooking methods, the Asado grill is designed to achieve the perfect finish on each item. An adjustable grill height from 20mm to 290mm is controlled using Bertha’s innovative wheel system. This design enables accurate heat management over coals or woodfire, allowing you to switch between cooking methods depending on your menu’s needs – bring it closer for high-heat searing, or move further away for slow roasting.

Made primarily from 304 stainless steel, the grill is built to handle daily use in busy kitchens. A removable drip tray, grill rack and ash collection drawer simplify cleaning, allowing debris and cooking residue to be cleared efficiently without the need to dismantle the unit.

Insulating tiles at the base reflect heat back into the Bertha’s cooking chamber, improving fuel efficiency while reducing heat transfer to the rest of your venue. Thanks to its unique green finish, the Asado grill is an eye-catching addition to any kitchen or customer-facing area.
