A special 10 mm thick thermal base guarantees even heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan, thanks to which the frying process is faster – fish does not cool the pan, retains more nutritional properties, and at the same time is perfectly crispy on the on the outside and delicate inside, with great optical highlight. Lotan® coating enables fat-free frying, prevents the fish from sticking to the surface.
