Amefa Select cutlery is thoughtfully designed to assist individuals with gripping difficulties or limited wrist mobility, enhancing the dining experience and promoting independence. The collection features ergonomically contoured handles that are comfortable to hold and require minimal wrist movement, making them ideal for children, older adults, or anyone with reduced hand strength.
Another feature of this range is the use of high-contrast coloured handles, which make objects easier to see against typical backgrounds. This design consideration is particularly beneficial for individuals with visual or perceptual challenges, including those living with dementia, as it aids in object recognition and spatial orientation.
Supplied in a pack of 12, these Amefa Select Curved Knives are crafted from 18/10 stainless steel and feature blue polypropylene handles, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance. They are dishwasher safe, allowing for quick and convenient cleaning.
