Create delicious golden-brown treats with this 35mm non-stick pastry brush from Schneider. The nylon brush head is heat resistant up to 150 Celsius, making it perfect for egg washing and buttering all sorts of pastries.
The hole in the handle means the Schneider brush can be hung for storage – great for back of house areas where space is limited.
And, with a red colourway on the bristles the brush can be colour coded. This is useful for keeping your kitchen organised and hygienic.
